we suggest that the identifier http://yourcompanyname.co.uk is used.
NOTE: Domain names are limited to 26 letters and we recommend
that you choose website addresses without dashes or underscores.
2. THE HOST SERVER
The host server is a server that is connected to the web permanently, looking
after the website and all internal and external email. This is a 3rd party

company that is used to rent storage space for the site, thus hosting your site.

Host server compananies charge a monthly rental fee that varies depending
on the services on offer. Please contact us for further information.
3. WEBSITE DESIGN AND CREATION
The website should reflect the company identity and promotional
material. The website is developed as a customer oriented project
from beginning to end. If possible we ask if you could supply any
existing promotional material, logos and typefaces etc so that we
are able to recreate your company identity electronically.





4. REGISTERING DOMAIN NAME WITH SEARCH ENGINES
This allows your domain name to be registered with search engines
such and will enable customers to find your website if they type in
keywords which are usually your company's product names or services.
Your site will be registered with the commonly used UK search engines,re
namely Yahoo, Hotbot, Ask Jeeves, Google & Alta-Vista. After initial
registration it is recommended that the site is re-registered monthly to
keep the site details at the top of the search lists. Search engine
registration is free although a small administration charge for renewal
will be applicable.
